Ellis, this is something I’ve done a lot of thinking about with regard to Performance Support.
I’ve collected shedloads of resources and started (then stopped) the Gameify.org blog. I’ve also worked on a couple of gameification projects, with mixed results, it has to be said. (I’m going to add the gameification feed into my main blog from next week.).
