Looks like reality by proxy. I can appreciate the use when operating software and machinery but the video example looks like a scary vision of the future. I’d rather get lost and make mistakes than have my adventures mediated by an electronic device.
I’d happy augmented my view to help me during the day.
Free up my brain from the boring grind and let it work on more creative things. Any job a device can replace isnt normaly a job/task worthy of a human doing anyway.
That said, I suspect this video is a concept.
We are still a decade away from my dream of a “Denno coil” future.
